摘    要:基于清华大学的定态设计理论流态重构的节能型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉技术,太原锅炉集团公司完成了220 t节能型循环流化床锅炉的产品设计与安装.在华能东海拉尔热电厂运行的四年过程中,其运行结果和各项测试数据表明:与相同设计参数的其它技术循环流化床锅炉相比,采用低床压降运行的节能型循环流化床锅炉能够有效地降低厂用电效率及煤耗,并有效地减轻炉膛受热面的磨损.

Abstract:Based on the principle of "State Specification Design Theory" and Low Energy Consumption(LEC) CFB Technology, Taiyuan Boiler Group Co. , Ltd had finished the design and installation of a LEC CFB boiler. It was dem- onstrated in Hailaer Heat & Power Station, Hohhot. The four years" operation practice and measurements showed that the LEC technology not only reduced the power and coal consumption, but also lessen the attrition in CFB boiler which was useful to the improvement and optimization of CFB boiler.
