114例流行性出血热临床与肝功能观察

我科1984年7月～1985年6月确诊为流行性出血热者共114例。其中107例作了肝功能检查,异常者99例(占92.52％)主要为SGPT升高(占82.24％),血清白蛋白降低(86.10％)。发热期肝功能异常者为89.86％,休克期及少尿期为100％,绝大多数病例进入恢复期后肝功能逐浙恢复正常。肝功能损害程度与病情轻重有关。通过死亡二例作肝穿活检光学镜检发现肝细胞浊肿、脂肪变性及灶性坏死,伴中性白细胞浸润。并对其机理进行了探讨。

Investigation of Livet Functioil Test in Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever

The clinical data of 114 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever admitted from July 1984 to june 1985 in our hospital were analyzed.The liver function tests were taken in 107 cases.The results are abnormal in 99cases(SGPT elevated-82.84％);loW serum albumin-86.13％).The liver function tests reveal abnomality of 80.86％ and100％ Eespectively in the stage of fever,and in the stage of shoek and oligtieia.The liver funet ion recovers gradually n the rnajorty patients aftef con- valescent period.The damage of the liver function is related to the severity of the disease.Liver biopsy from two cases reveals that the heipatic cells appear cloudyswelling,fatty degeration and focal necrosis with infiltration of leukocytes underthe light microscope.The liver dam age in epidemic hemorrhagic fever was confirmed and the macla nisms of which discussed.
