膀胱冲洗次数的选择及其与尿路感染相关性的研究

 目的探讨长期留置导尿管患者膀胱冲洗次数的最佳选择及与尿路感染的关系。方法选取我院2008 年1月至2010年1 月神经内科病房脑血管疾病需长期留置导尿的患者120 例，随机分为Ⅰ、  Ⅱ、 Ⅲ 、Ⅳ4 组，每组30 例，膀胱冲洗频率玉组2次/d，域组1 次/d、芋组2 次/周、郁组为非冲洗组，分别于留置导尿后第3、7、14、21 天进行尿培养检查。结果芋组的尿路感染率最低（16.7%），与其他组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论选择每周2 次膀胱冲洗能更加有效地降低尿路感染的概率，合理地发挥膀胱冲洗的作用。

Study on the Correlation of Bladder Irrigation Frequency and Urinary Infection of Selected Patients

Objective To discuss the best choice of bladder irrigation frequency in long-term indwelling catheter patients and research the relationship between bladder irrigation and urinary infection. Methods Select 120 patients with cerebrovascular disease to long-term in-dwelling catheter in our neural medicine ward from 2008.01 ~ 2010.01，who were randomly divided into Ⅰ、  Ⅱ、 Ⅲ 、Ⅳfour groups and each group included 30 cases. Bladder irrigate frequencygroupⅠwas twice daily，groupⅡwas once daily，groupⅢwas twice per week，groupⅣ was control group，on day 3，7，14，21，urine culture was carried out to inspect urinary infection after indwelling catheter in every groups，re-spectively. Results Group Ⅲwas twice per week irrigation which showed lowest rate of urinary tract infection. Conclusion Correctly and reasonably selection of bladder irrigation frequency（twice per week）could effectively reduce the chance of urinary tract infection.
