中医药治疗高血压病的机制研究

摘    要:目的]了解中医药治疗高血压病的作用机制。方法]查阅近十年关于中医药治疗高血压病的实验研究和临床报道的中外文献,对中医药治疗高血压病的作用机制进行总结分析。结果]中医药对高血压病的治疗作用机制主要包括:阻断肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统(RAAS)、阻滞钙离子(Ca2+)通道、保护血管内皮和抑制血管重构、改善胰岛素抵抗、抑制交感神经过度兴奋、利尿降压等。结论]中医药治疗高血压病作用机制从实验到临床得到验证,其疗效确切,为临床治疗高血压病提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:Objective] To understand the mechanism of TCM treating hypertension.Methods] This paper reviews the research and clinical reports of Chinese medicine on the treatment of hypertension, and summarizes the mechanism of TCM treatment for hypertension.Results] The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension include:blocking the renin angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS), blocking calcium channel (Ca2+), protecting vascular endothelium and inhibiting vascular remodeling and improving insulin resistance, inhibiting sympathetic excitement, diuresising step-down, etc.Conclusion] The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of hypertensive disease has been verified from the experiment to the clinic, and its curative effect is the reliable basis for the clinical treatment of hypertension.
