摘    要:对采用刹车片作为摩擦材料的摩擦消能器进行单轴往复加载试验,考虑摩擦界面的面压、加载速率等因素对摩擦阻尼器力学性能的影响。在摩擦消能器中,采用高强螺栓与碟形弹簧串联为摩擦界面施加正压力,以减小温度应力等因素对消能器性能的影响。同样参数的试验重复三次,以观察消能器性能的离散性。试验结果表明,该摩擦界面具有可靠的滞回耗能能力,摩擦力相对比较稳定。但在试验中,摩擦界面的面压存在逐步下降的趋势,且下降的幅度与初始面压的大小有关。此外,与静力加载相比,动力加载条件下消能器表现出更小的动摩擦系数。采用通过静力加载得到的摩擦系数进行消能器设计,可能得到偏于不安全的结果。

Abstract:To study the mechanical properties of friction dampers made of brake pads, uniaxial cyclic loading tests are conducted considering the effects of surface pressure, loading rate, etc. High-strength bolts and disc-shaped springs placed in series are utilized to apply the normal pressure to the friction interfaces in order to reduce the impact of temperature stress on the mechanical performance of the friction damper. To investigate the discreteness of damper performance, tests with the same parameters were repeated triple times. The test results show that the friction interface possesses reliable energy dissipation capacity, and the friction force is relatively stable. The test results also suggest that during the testing process, the surface pressure on the friction interface may gradually decrease, and the decrease amplitude depends on the initial surface pressure. The test under dynamic loading may produce lower friction coefficient, compared with the tests under static loading. Hence, when applying friction coefficients obtained from static loading tests to the design of dampers, results could be unreliable.
