工业防腐涂装水性化成功的关键技术要求和施工挑战分析

摘    要:以水性工业防腐涂料在港口机械涂装中的应用为例,着重介绍了工业防腐涂料水性化的技术要求,水性防腐涂料施工对设备及涂装过程控制的要求。并以水性环氧涂料为例,深入分析了水性防腐涂料常见的漆膜弊病,并提出相应的解决方案。最后对水性工业涂料在工业防腐涂装的应用能取得成功的关键因素进行了归纳和分析,并展望了前景。

Abstract:Taking the application of waterborne coatings to port machinery as an example, the technical requirements of waterborne coatings for industrial corrosion protection and the requirements of equipment and coating process for the application of waterborne anticorrosive coatings have been described. In addition, taking waterborne epoxy coating as an example, the typical defects of waterborne coatings were described along with the information about how they were formed and how to solve these issues. A summary of the key factors which make waterborne coatings a success in the application of the industrial corrosion protection is provided, and a perspective of the application is given.
