呼吸衰竭患者在ICU应用俯卧位通气的护理效果观察

摘    要:目的:探讨呼吸衰竭患者在ICU应用俯卧位通气产的护理效果.方法:选择2018年1月至2019年1月在本院ICU治疗的100例呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,并通过抽签法将研究对象均等分为观察组及对照组.两组均实施机械通气治疗,对照组应用仰卧位通气,观察组应用俯卧位通气,对两组通气24h心率、呼吸频率、动脉氧二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉氧分压(PaO2)以及患者满意度进行对比.结果:观察组通气24h心率、呼吸频率、动脉氧二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉氧分压(PaO2)以及总体满意率均优于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:呼吸衰竭患者在ICU实施机械通气治疗过程中,应用俯卧位通气能够使护理效果得到提升,并使患者的呼吸得到改善,值得推广.

Observation on Nursing Effect of Prone Position Ventilation in Patients with Respiratory Failure in ICU

Abstract:Objective:To study the nursing effect of patients with respiratory failure in the application of prone position ventilation in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:100 patients with respiratory failure treated in ICU from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects,and the study subjects were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lot method.The two groups were treated with mechanical ventilation.In the control group,the supine position was applied to the control group.The observation group was used to ventilate the two groups.The heart rate,the respiratory rate,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),the oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),and the patient’s satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results:Observation The heart rate,respiratory rate,partial pressure of arterial oxygen and carbon dioxide(PaCO2),partial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2)and overall satisfaction rate in the group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of mechanical ventilation in patients with respiratory failure,prone position ventilation can improve the nursing effect and improve the breathing of patients,which is worth popularizing.
