摘    要:研究陕西省山阳安旺铅银矿多金属硫化矿石浮选工艺。结果表明,采用部分混合浮选,铜铅再分离工艺流程可获得铜精矿舍铜25.0%、铜回收率65.39%、吉银3323.2g/t、银回收率40.93%.铅精矿古铅51.59%、铅回收率92.91%、古银490g/t、银回收率27.67%,硫精矿台硫42.90%、硫回收率57.41%、舍银275g/t,银回收率21.65%的浮选指标。银在铅精矿、铜精矿、硫精矿中总回收率90.25%。试验结果可作为小型选矿厂的设计依据。

Abstract:The floatation process of a multi-metal sulfide ore from Anwang Silver-lead Mine in Shaaxi, China, is investigated. The results show that the satisfied floatation indexes are achieved by the technology of partially mixfloatation and separation of copper and lead. The grade and recovery of copper and silver in copper concentrate are 25.0% and 3323.2g/t, 65.39% and 40.93%, respectively. The grade and recovery of lead and silver in lead concentrate are 51.59 % and 490g/t, 92.91% and 27.67 %, respectively. The grade and recovery of sulfur and silver in sulfur concentrate are 42.90 % and 275g/t, 57.41% and 21.65 %, respectively. The total recovery of silver in copper, lead and sulphur concentrates are up to 90.25 %. The experiment results can be used as the design base for small scale concentrator.
