独立悬架多体系统空间运动学分析

摘    要:用多体动力学的有关理论对轿车上常用的麦克弗森式独立悬架进行了空间运动学分析,提出了一种较为简便的分析方法以减少广义坐标数和约束方程数,通过求解非线性方程组可以获得整个悬架系统及车轮上的任一点在空间的运动轨迹,其中包括对汽车性能影响最大的定位参数的空间变化规律。

Abstract:Based on the theory of multibody system dynamics, the spatial kinematics analysis of the Mcpherson independent suspension widely used in the car was carried out. A practical and simpler method was provided to reduce the number of the generalized coordinates and constraint functions. By solving the nonlinear equations, the motion of any points in the whole suspension and wheel system can be predicted, including the spatial changes of the wheel alignment parameters which are of great importance to the car performances.
