基因工程技术在抗菌肽研究应用中的作用

摘    要:抗菌肽具有抗菌谱广、热稳定性好、抗菌机制独特、不易产生耐药性等优点,有望成为抗生素最理想的替代品。然而,由于传统方法获得抗菌肽产量低、费时长、费用昂贵,无法实现大规模生产,这成为制约抗菌肽进入实际应用的最大障碍。因此,通过基因工程技术获得抗菌肽成为最为经济、科学的方法。现就抗菌肽的分类、作用机制及获取抗菌肽的方法等方面进行综述。

Abstract:Owing to antimicrobial peptides′(AMPs)broad-spectrum antibacterial activities,heat resistance,unique antimicrobial mechanisms,and uneasy to develop drug resistance,they become the most ideal substitute of antibiotics.However,producing AMPs by the traditional method is low yield,time-consuming,and expensive.The scale manufacture is difficult to come ture,which becomes the biggest hinder of the AMPs′use.Therefore,producing AMPs by gene engineering becomes the most economic and the most scientifical method.Here is to make a review on the classification,antimicrobial mechanisms and the methods of producing AMPs.
