稀土对陶瓷涂层的改性作用研究现状及发展趋势

摘    要:稀土元素对改善陶瓷涂层的组织结构,增加其强度、韧性方面有独特作用。本文阐述了稀土在改善陶瓷涂层组织性能方面的研究现状,包括稀土对陶瓷涂层抗弯强度、抗拉结合强度、断裂韧性、耐磨性、耐蚀性、硬度、高温性能、抗热震性等性能的改进,同时也指出了稀土在陶瓷涂层中应用的发展方向。

Abstract:The rare earths are beneficial to the structure,intensity,toughness and tenacity of the ceramic coating.The research status about the structure modification on ceramic coating by rare earths was summarized,including the improvement of rare earths on the intensity,toughness and tenacity,rigidity,corrosion-resistance and wear-resistance,high temperature performance,thermal shock resistance of the ceramic coating.The development trend about the structure modification on ceramic coating by rare earths was discussed.
