25%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂研制及其应用

研究了25%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂,选择了适宜的乳化剂和抗冻剂,筛选出优化配方。甲维·毒死蜱质量分数为25%,溶剂二甲苯质量分数为12%,表面活性剂ML–200质量分数为6%,乙二醇质量分数为5%,自来水补足。用上述配方所制备的25%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂各项指标合格,并且经热贮(54±2)℃,14d未出现析油、分层现象,所制备的制剂黏度小、倾倒性佳,利于分装。其药效试验表明,25%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂防治稻纵卷叶螟效果优异。

Manufacture and Application of Chlorpyrifos+Emamection benzoate 25% EW

We studied on the optimum formulation of chlorpyrifos+emamection benzoate 25%EW, screened out the best emusifier and antifreeze. The composition consist of chlorpyrifos+emamection benzoate 25%, xylene 12%. The proportion of surfactant ML–200, which totally occupied 6% weight of the formulation; ethyleneglycol occupied 5% weight of the formulation. The other component was distilled water. Made by the above formulation, the indexes of the chlorpyrifos+emamection benzoate 25% EW was up to grade. The formulation had been stored at (54±2)℃ for 14 days without oil-and layer-separation. The viscosity of the formulation was low, which makes it easier to pour out and sub-package. The properties and the effect of the product was tested and determined, the result indicated that chlorpyrifos +emamection benzoate 25% EW was excellent effect against rice leaf roller.
