| 摘 要： | 通过对钢丝绳牵引带式输送机断绳事故以及常用断绳制动装置的调研,总结断绳事故的危害和现象以及常用断绳制动装置的优缺点,设计了防止输送机断绳后倒转事故发生的液压泵站控制的钢丝绳制动装置。该装置具有结构简单、安全可靠、适应性强、承受能力大和制动效率高,并且在安全运输时不影响输送机的正常运行,不滑绳、不伤绳等优点,解决了输送机断绳后不能及时控制而造成的安全事故问题。

| Abstract: | Through investigation of broken rope accident of rope traction belt conveyor and commonly broken rope brake,summing up hazards and phenomena of broken rope accident and advantages and disadvantages of commonly broken rope brake,designed hydraulic pump station control rope braking device to prevent belt conveyor upside down when broken rope accident.The device has a simple structure,safe and reliable,adaptable,affordability and high braking efficiency,and it does not affect normal operation of belt conveyor when safe transport state,not to slip rope and hurt rope,etc.Solved security incidents problem caused by can not control belt conveyor when its rope broken. |
