社区高血压病人的综合干预

目的探讨社区高血压病人的健康教育应用效果。方法选择600例社区老年高血压病人，随机分为对照组和观察组各300例，观察组在药物治疗的同时根据个体特点，对不同时期、不同问题进行有针对性的健康教育干预；而对照组单纯采用药物治疗，比较两组患者的管理效果。结果观察组患者的了解高血压相关知识、坚持规律运动、饮食合理、戒烟限酒等有效疾病管理行为发生率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论健康教育可培养社区高血压病人健康的生活方式，保持血压稳定，提高治疗效果。

The health education of hypertension patients in community

Objective To explore the application of hypertension patients in community health education effect. Methods 600cases of elderly hypertensive patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 300 cases in each group, the observation group in drug treatment at the same time according to the individual character, in different periods, the issue of targeted health education intervention; while the control group by simple drug treatment, were compared between the two groups management effect. Results The observation group patients＂ knowledge of hypertension related knowledge, adhere to regular exercise, reasonable diet, quit alcohol limit of effective disease management behavior was significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education can cultivate community hypertensive patients and healthy way of life, to maintain stable blood pressure, improve the treatment effect.
