摘    要:对比分析了国内外可溶桥塞的性能指标及优缺点。详细阐述了国产化可溶桥塞的关键技术,包含可溶卡瓦表面处理、卡瓦破碎力设计、可溶胶筒技术以及下接头设计。按照页岩气压裂施工情况,首次提出了可溶桥塞耐压试验时的“耐压时效”概念。耐压时效指桥塞入井至压裂的时间间隔。按照现有页岩气施工模式,认为耐压时效24 h可兼顾现场施工和压后溶解的需要。

Abstract:The performance indexes of various soluble bridge plugs at home and abroad were compared and analyzed, and the key technologies, including the surface treatment of slips, the opening force design of slips, the solenoid cylinder technology and the design of lower joints were introduced in details. For the domestic dissolvable bridge plug, the concept of "pressure resistance duration" was proposed, which refers to the time interval between the bridge plug’s access into the well and fracturing. According to the existing shale gas construction mode, the pressure resistance duration for 24 h can meet the requirements from both on-site construction and post-pressure dissolution.
