| 摘 要： | 从广州管圆线虫发现至今已有70多年,其间我国在广州管圆线虫病流行病学研究方面取得了显著成就.广州管圆线虫流行病学研究能揭示疾病的分布状况,包括不同地区、季节、人群以及不同的流行强度,中间宿主与转续宿主的分布特征,疫源地的变化等.随着饮食习惯、人口流动、经济文化变化以及防控措施的加强,广州管圆线虫病在我国的流行特征也在发生改变.该文通过回顾我国广州管圆线虫病流行病学研究,为我国广州管圆线虫病防控策略的制定和调整提供了理论依据.

Progress on epidemiologic research of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis in China |

| Abstract: | It has been over 70 years since Angiostrongylus cantonensis was found in 1933.There has been significant progress on epidemiological study of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis in China.The epidemiological study of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis could reveal the distribution of the disease in the population,the distribution characteristics of intermediate host and paratenic host differing from different areas,seasons and transmission intensity etc..Meanwhile,with eating habit,population migration,improvement of economic civilization and intensification of prevention and control,the prevalent situation has been changing in China.Reviewing the epidemiology of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis in China is useful to provide the theoretical base of prevention and control strategy for angiostrongyliasis. |
