路网可靠性及其层次分析

可靠性理论在其他系统已经得到了广泛的认可,但是在交通领域,对路网可靠性的分析还处于起步阶段,文中描述了可靠性内容的变迁以及其内涵,路网可靠性已经不是停留在狭义的路网拓扑结构的可靠性的研究上了,已经深入到运营、维护、管理阶段的可靠性技术研究、指标体系研究以及改善措施。通过分析路网可靠性的层次,建立了相应的可靠性层次研究目标。

The reliability of transport network and its hierarchy analysis

The reliability theory is well researched in such field as electrical power systems, water distributions, communication networks, etc. But there are only primary analyses in the transportation field. This paper depicts the evolvement and content of reliability related transport network, which is not only concerned with the topology but also penetrated into design, planning or assessment process of transport network. The reliability of transport network is delaminated among which the objection is presented.
