粒细胞相关抗原(CD15)在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达研究

粒细胞相关抗原（CD15）又称LIUM1，主要存在于何杰金病的R-S细胞中1-6]。我们利用CD15抗体检测了65例胃癌及癌务组织，发现CD15的阳性表达与胃癌的分化程度、组织学类型有显著的相关性；65例胃癌的阳性表达率为66．15％（43／65）．癌旁异形增生腺体的阳性表达率为54．76％（23／42）；正常胃小凹粘膜表达阴性，前二者与后者间有显著的差异性。（P＜0．05）65例胃癌的阳性表达率以管状腺癌（高分化与中分化）为最高（88．46％），低分化腺癌次之（61．11％），以粘液腺癌又次之50％，以卵或细胞癌最低（36．36％）

A Study on the Expression of Granulocyte-relative Antigen in Gastric Carcinoma and the Tissues around it

Granulocyte relative antigen (CD15 ) is known as Leu M1, as well. It is mainly found in the R-S cells of patients with Hedgkin's disease. Taking advantage of antibody of CD15 in the examination of 65 cases suffering from gastric carcinoma,we found that the Positive expression rate of gastric cancer is 66. 15 % (43/65 ) in the gastric carcinoma and the tissues around it,however,the dysplasia around it is 54. 76 % (23/42 ). But the expression of the normal gastric pit of epithelial cells is negative. Obviously, the former two groups are signlficant-ly differentiated frorn the latter (p<0.05 )Of the 65 cases, tbe positive rate is the highest in tubular adenocatcinoma (bigh and medium differentiation) (88. 46 % ); the poor differ-entiated adenocarcinotnais (61. 11%); the positive rate the mucinous adenocarcinoma is the second (50 % ):and the signetring cell carcinoma is the lowest (36. 36 % ).
