| 摘 要： | 建院5年来,学生教育与管理工作在规章制度、管理队伍及实行机制等5个方面取得了一定的成绩,但尚存在多方面的不足,为此要抓好特色教育、特色管理与特色文化,做好学生的教育与管理工作。下一步工作主要思路是努力做好3篇特色文章。
