摘    要:矮墩连续钢构体系在施工过程中随着结构单元数量的增加和荷载逐步变化,其钢构受力体系要经历多次体系转换,是一种复杂的超静定结构。按照严密的施工控制措施,采用线形控制软件进行数学模型分析,对施工预拱度、主梁梁体次应力等进行严格的监控,形成施工、监测、预报、调整、施工的循环过程,完全能够达到挠幅与内力双控的目标,确保矮墩连续刚构桥的合龙精度要求。

Construction Control Method in Dwarf Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge Pier

Abstract:In the construction process,Short pier continuous steel system gradually changes with the increasing number of structural units and the load.its steel bearing systems are to be gone through a number of system conversions.It is a complex statically indeterminate structure.This paper deals with the following elements such as construction with strict control measures,using linear control software for mathematical modeling,construction camber on the main girder and other secondary stress strict monitoring,the formation of the construction,monitoring,forecasting,adjustment,construction of the cycle,finally reached double torsion rate and internal force control of the target in order to meet the requirements of ensuring short pier continuous rigid frame bridge closure precision.
