| 摘 要： | 以人力资源管理学理论为依托,论述了企业绩效考核的作用,针对当前企业在绩效考核中存在的问题,提出了加强绩效考核工作的途径.主张深入贯彻落实科学发展观,树立绩效考核与企业管理的新理念,进一步加强绩效管理和完善指标考核体系,充分发挥绩效考核的导向作用,实施激励与约束的有效结合,促进企业的持续发展.
