摘    要:目的:研究药剂师工作行为的影响因素,促进药剂师工作行为的规范化。方法:基于PRECEDE-PROCEED模型,将影响药剂师工作行为的因素分为倾向因素、促成因素及加强因素,对浙江省15家医院,共计132名药剂师进行实地调研。结果:倾向因素平均分最高,其中最高分为4.51,最低分为4.32;促成因素处于中间水平,其中最高分为4.04,最低分为3.30;加强因素平均分最低,其中最高分为4.17,最低分为3.21。结论:倾向因素对于药剂师工作行为的影响最大,促成因素次之,加强因素的影响效用最小。建议进一步发挥倾向因素的积极影响作用,同时改善促成因素与加强因素,使药剂师工作行为向更加高效、优质的方向改进。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the influencing factors of pharmacist behaviors in daily work and to promote the standardization of pharmacist work behaviors. METHODS Based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED model, the influencing factors of pharmacist work behaviors were divided into three factors: predisposing factor, reinforcing factor and enabling factor. Totally 15 hospitals were randomly selected in Zhejiang Province, 132 pharmacists completed the questionnaires in this paper. RESULTS The mean scores of predisposing factor were the highest, of which the highest score was 4.51, the lowest was 4.32. The mean scores of enabling factor were in the middle level, of which the highest score was 4.04, the lowest was 3.30. And the scores of reinforcing factor were the lowest, the highest was 4.17, the lowest was 3.21. CONCLUSION The predisposing factor has the greatest impact on pharmacist work behaviors, the enabling factor the second and the reinforcing factor the least. In the future, full play should be given to the positive influence of the predisposing factor, while improving the enabling factors and the reinforcing factor, grant the pharmacist work behaviors higher efficiency and quality.
