药源性运动障碍的特点与诊治进展

探讨药源性运动障碍的致病机制、疾病种类与特点和诊治进展,以提高对该类疾病的认识及诊治水平。使用检索词"药源性""运动障碍""迟发性综合征""帕金森""肌张力障碍""肌阵挛"等在Pubmed、万方数据、中国知网等数据库中检索相关文献,并结合临床治疗经验,进行文献复习。目前药源性运动障碍致病机制并不十分明确,但对症治疗基本有效。药源性运动障碍治疗控制难度大,容易诱发其他不良反应,因此预防显得尤为重要。

Characteristics of drug induced movement disorders and advances in its diagnosis and treatment

To explore the pathogenesis,characteristics and the treatment of drug induced movement disorders.The key words such as "drug induced","movement disorder","tardive dyskinesia","diagnosis" and "treatment" were used to retrieve relevant literatures from Pubmed,CNKI and Wanfang databases.The literatures were reviewed and clinical experiences were summarized.At present,the pathogenesis of drug induced movement disorders was not very clear,but symptomatic treatment could be effective.It is still a challenge to control drug induced movement disorders completely,which may cause the other side effects.Therefore,prevention is particularly important.
