c-Met靶向成像在肿瘤诊断中的应用

Application of c-Met targeted imaging in tumor diagnosis

Hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-Met),a tyrosine kinase receptor,is crucial for the development of tumors.The c-Met targeted therapy has been initially applied in clinic and has significant benefits.At present,c-Met targeted therapy is generally ineffective in oncology treatment due to the effective early screening of patients unable to express c-Met positive tumors.c-Met targeted molecular imaging quantitative detection and visualization of tumor c-Met expression and activation status with molecular imaging probes can be of great significance and great potential value for the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of tumors.Combined with the recent research on c-Met targeting molecular imaging,this article will further analyze and discuss the construction of c-Met targeting molecular imaging probe and its application in tumor diagnosis.
