| 摘 要： | 目的比较开放手术及腹腔镜补片修补腹壁切口疝的手术效果,探讨腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术的价值。方法回顾分析56例腹壁切口疝患者的临床资料。根据手术方式分为腹腔镜组(24例)和开放组(32例),对2组切口疝类型、腹壁缺损大小、手术时间、术后并发症、术后疼痛评分、术后住院时间、复发率等进行对比分析。结果 2组手术时间、术后并发症发生率、术后复发率比较均无显著性差异。腹腔镜组术后疼痛评分、术后住院时间和手术出血量均明显少于开放组。结论腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术是安全可行的。它可以从腹腔内在原切口薄弱区添加一个MESH,修复缺损,加强腹壁,避免切开原切口,避免分离腹壁组织,具有创伤小、住院时间短、恢复快等优点,符合力学原理,是修补腹壁切口疝的理想术式,特别对于巨大腹壁切口疝优于开放式腹壁切口疝补片修补术。
