摘    要:针对唐钢中薄板坯连铸机生产SPHC钢过程中出现偏离角纵裂纹的情况进行了分析,提出了控制铜板表面质量、控制结晶器变锥度、优化提速制度、优化结晶器冷却强度和改善结晶器振动偏摆等措施,有效地控制了偏离角纵裂纹和裂纹引起的漏钢。

Abstract:The reason to form longitudinal corner crack of SPHC slab in thin and medium thickness CCM of Tangshan Steel is studied in this paper.Some measures,such as controlling of copper plate surface quality of mould,controlling of change of conical degree of mould,optimizing of speed-rising regulations,optimizing of cooling intensity of mould,as well as improving of oscillation of mould are put forward.As a result,the longitudinal corner crack of slab and molten steel runout caused by serious crack have been effectivelly controlled.
