基因表达式编程算法的改进及其应用研究

摘    要:基因表达式编程(GEP)算法采用简单编码方式解决了复杂的公式发现问题。分析了基本的GEP算法中关键参数、常数集、符号集等设置对公式发现的影响和规律,提出了GEP算法的改进方法,并将其应用在隧道工程领域,得到了双圆盾构施工横向和纵向的地面沉降预测公式,与实测值的比较表明所发现的公式有很好的吻合度。

Abstract:Gene Expression Programming(GEP) algorithm solves the complicated formula mining problems with simple coding.This paper analyzes the influence and rule of the setting for the key parameters,constant set,and operator set in GEP and proposed an improved GEP algorithm.The new algorithm is applied in the tunneling fields,and get the horizontal and vertical ground settlement formulas of Double-O-Tube shield.The experiment shows that the mined formulas may match the real value quite well.
