摘    要:该文介绍了伊通河大桥的结构特点、设计及施工关键问题;利用考虑应力累积的方法计算了主拱肋的预拱度,为施工监测提供了依据;制定了该桥V构箱梁施工的支撑布置方案,并利用有限元数值程序M IDAS对该方案进行了优化。此外,由于伊通河大桥承台大体积混凝土浇注时水化热效应显著。该文还对伊通河大桥承台浇筑全过程进行了三维温度场分析,考虑了管冷和混凝土分批浇筑对水化热效应的影响,预测了承台内部温度随时间的变化规律。其施工技术为今后类似工程提供施工参考依据。

Abstract:The article introduces the structure characteristics, design and construction gist of Yitong River Bridge, uses the method of considering stress accumulation to calculate the camber of the main arch rib for providing the basis to the construction monitor, sets down the supporting arrangement scheme to construct the V-frame box beam of this bridge, and utilizes the finite element numerical procedure MIDAS to optimize this scheme. In addition, the article analyzes the three-dimensional temperature field in the whole course of pouring the base slab of Yitong Rive Bridge because of the obvious hydration heat effect during the mass concrete pouring of its base slab, and considers the influence of pipe coldness and concrete pouring by batches on the hydration heat effect, and forecasts the inner temperature of base slab with the variation rule of time. Its construction technology provides the referring base for the construction of the similar projects.
