钢质摩擦副在微-纳米固体添加剂磨合油中磨合机制研究

摘    要:基于45#调质钢齿轮滚滑副和45#淬火钢销/45#调质钢滑动副的大量磨合试验结果,分析了钢质摩擦副在微-纳米磨合油中油液温度、摩擦副表面性质和磨合平衡状态机制,以及磨合平衡状态的判定方法。研究结果表明:微米尺度的磨料对磨合磨损主要起到磨粒磨损的作用,纳米尺度的磨料对磨合磨损表面起到填充、嵌入和熔融作用,以及加剧粘着磨损作用。微米和纳米尺度的磨料混合在一起,在不同工况条件下,或对磨合磨损起到促进作用,或起到延缓作用。磨合完成后,摩擦副表面几何、物理和化学性质都可以得到有效改进。磨合平衡状态时各工况参数都趋于稳定状态,这些参数直接反映磨合磨损平衡状态,可以用来判定磨合磨损状态。

Abstract:Based on lots of experimental results of gear pair of thermally refined 0.45% carbon steels and the pin-on-disc pair running-in oil temperatures,surface performances of friction pair,balance state of runing-in and methods of judging the balance state were researched.It shows that the mian function of micro solid powders during a running-in is abrasive wear and that of nano solid powders are filling,embedding and fusing to the friction pair surfaces.When the micro and nano solid powders are mixed together into a runing-in oil,they accelerate or delay the runing-in because of different work conditions.The geometrical,physical and chemic performences of a friction pair surface can be improved greatly after an effective running-in in a oil with micro and nano scale powers.All kinds of work parameters get steady and these parameters reflect the balance state of a running-in directly which can also be used to judging the state.
