高速重载线路钢轨损伤特性分析

摘    要:结合广深线钢轨斜线状裂纹损伤特性分析,对比分析了高速与重载线路钢轨的损伤差异。结果表明:重载线路钢轨主要以磨损和塑性变形为主,而高速线路钢轨主要表现为疲劳损伤,无明显的塑性变形发生;U71Mn钢轨的含碳量低,具有较好的韧性,相比PD3钢轨,U71Mn更适于铺设于高速轻载线路。

Abstract:The difference of rail damage on high-speed and heavy-haul railway was analyzed by the formation mechanism of oblique crack rail in Guangzhou-Shenzhen railway.The results indicate that the wear and the plastic deformation are dominant for heavy-haul curve rail.However,the damage of high-speed rail is fatigue primarily.The obvious plastic deformation does not exist in the oblique crack rail.The carbon content of U71Mn rail is lower comparing to PD3 rail. Furthermore,U71Mn rail is fit for the high-speed and light-haul railway because of better toughness.
