| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为电针深刺夹脊穴组和传统取穴组,观察两组治疗前后症状体征的改善情况。结果:治疗后电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状体征有非常显著性意义的改善(P<0.01),而电针深刺夹脊穴组疗效好于常规取穴组(P<0.05)。结论:电针深刺夹脊穴法操作简便,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical effects of electric acupuncture on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：60 patients were divided into electric acupuncture group and traditional acupuncture group. Results： Effects of electric acupuncture were obviously better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Electric acupuncture therapy at Jiaji point is simple to operate, easy to accept and worthy of clinical application. |
