| 摘 要： | 采用亚磷酸二乙酯、丙烯酰胺和乙二醛为原料合成了一种磷系无甲醛阻燃整理剂,并将其应用于麻织物的阻燃整理,探讨了阻燃整理中阻燃剂、催化剂、柔软剂以及焙烘温度和时间对阻燃效果的影响。该阻燃剂针对麻织物的优化整理工艺为:阻燃剂350 g/L,催化剂30 g/L,柔软剂20 g/L,160℃焙烘3 min。

| Abstract: | The phosphorus and formaldehyde free flame retardant was synthesized with diethylphosphate,acrylamide and glyoxal,and applied to linen fabric.The influence of various synthesis conditions on treated result was investigated.The optimal condition is flame retardant concentration 350 g/L,catalyst concentration 30 g/L,softener concentration 20 g/L,curing temperature 160 ℃ and reaction time 3 min. |
