复方冬菊抑制DMBA/巴豆油诱导小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤生成的作用观察

摘    要:目的:应用小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤生成模型,验证复方冬菊对化学致癌剂的对抗作用。方法:ICR雄性小鼠60只,随机分成模型组、复方冬菊给药组和阳性药物(增生平)对照组。小鼠背部脱毛,涂抹致癌剂DMBA/巴豆油至实验结束。12周后清点小鼠背部乳头状瘤数,以各组荷瘤动物占该组存活动物数的百分比值计算肿瘤发生率,用各组小鼠乳头瘤发生总数和该组存活小鼠数计算每鼠平均荷瘤数。比较复方冬菊给药组、阳性药物对照组和模型组肿瘤发生情况,评价药物对肿瘤生长的抑制作用。结果:实验第6周,模型组小鼠背部开始出现乳头状瘤,每鼠平均荷瘤数1.4个;复方冬菊给药组于第8周开始出现肿瘤,复方冬菊给药组和阳性药物对照组每鼠平均荷瘤数较模型组下降,分别为0.25个和0.5个,抑瘤率分别达到82.1%和64.3%。结论:复方冬菊能在一定程度上推迟肿瘤发生时间,减少小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤的发生。可见,复方冬菊对化学致癌剂有一定的对抗作用。

Abstract:Objective:This study was designed to test chemopreventive effect of Compound Dongju to chemical carcinogen. Method:60 male ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups:model group,positive herb (ZengShengPing) control group and administration (DongJu) group. Mice were denuded on the back and carcinogen was applied to the back for the entire period of the experiment. The amount of the papilloma on the mice's back was counted at 12th week. Result: From the sixth week of the experiment,papilloma was found on the mice~s back of model group. The incidence and the amount of papilloma were increased with time. Compared to model group, both the incidence and amount of papilloma were suppressed by DongJu compound and ZengShengPing. Conclusion: Compound Dongju has a certain cancerous chemopreventive effect to chemical carcinogen.
