摘    要:分散式白酒酿造废水具有高有机物浓度、高浊、高磷等特点,不利于后续生物处理。本研究采用铁屑微电解法,对该废水进行去除较高的COD、SS、磷的预处理实验。探讨了不同铁屑投加量、铁炭比、以及pH、反应时间对COD、浊度、磷去除效果的影响。研究表明,铁屑微电解处理酿酒废水静态小试最佳处理条件为:进水pH值为4,铁屑用量5%,常温下反应60 min,COD去除率为52.31%。当铁炭比为2:1时,去除效果较好,能达到54.53%。

Abstract:Decentralized liquor brewing wastewater has high concentration of organic matter, high turbidity, high phosphorus content and other characteristics, which is very bad for subsequent biological treatment. In this paper, Fe-C micro-electrolysis was adopted to pretreat the liquor brewing wastewater to remove COD, SS and phosphorus in the wastewater. Effects of iron filings dosage, iron carbon ratio, pH value and reaction time on removal rates of COD, turbidity and phosphorus were investigated. The results show that, when iron filings dosage is 5%, pH value is 4, and reaction time is 60 min at room temperature, COD removal rate can reach to 52.31%; when the iron carbon ratio is 2:1, removing effect is better, and can reach to 54.53%.
