全自动无尘黑板的设计研究

摘    要:由于教室内擦黑板产生的粉笔灰,对教师和同学身体健康造成伤害,且手动擦黑板费时费力。对此进行了研究,设计出全自动无尘黑板。该装置工作时,按下启动开关,由直线电机驱动滚珠丝杠运动,通过运动的传递,从而带动黑板檫在黑板上来回运动,实现擦洗黑板的目的。该装置具有结构原理简单、成本低廉、使用方便、环保等特点,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:The chalk dust generated by cleaning the blackboard in the classroom is harmful to the health of teachers and students, and it is time-consuming and laborious to clean the blackboard by hand. A fully automatic dust free blackboard was designed based on the research. When the starting switch of the device is pressed, the ball screw will be driven by the linear motor, which will move the blackboard eraser so as to clean the blackboard. The device, featured in simple structure, low cost, user friendly, environmental protection and etc., has certain application value.
