温度无线采集及传输系统设计

摘    要:针对传统的设施农业环境信息采集系统存在布线复杂、维护成本高等问题,以单片机为控制核心,利用集成温度传感器LM35D、AD转换芯片PCF8591、液晶模块12864以及无线收发电路nRF905,设计一种温度数据无线采集及传输系统,实现对温度数据的采集、处理、显示和传输;根据软件及硬件设计制作了样机。最后对样机进行测试,测试结果表明系统数据收发正常、传输数据稳定,空旷地带数据传输距离达150 m,能够满足设施农业中单个温室大棚的需要,达到了设计要求,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:In response to such issues as complex routing, high maintenance cost, etc. in the environment information acquisition system in the traditional facility agriculture, With a single-chip microprocessor as the control core, a wireless temperature data collection and transmission system is designed to achieve collection, processing, display and transmission of temperature data using the integrated temperature sensor LM35D, A/D converter chip PCF8591, LCD module 12864 and the wireless transceiver circuit NRF905. A prototype is produced based on the software and the hardware design. Finally, the prototype is tested and the test results indicate that system can normally and stably transmit and receive data with a transmission distance up to 150m in an open field .The practice has proved that the system has certain application value as it satisfies the actual needs of a single greenhouse in facility agriculture and meets the design requirements.
