鲍曼不动杆菌致颅内感染临床治疗中的药学监护

目的：分析临床药师通过对泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌（Pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,PRAB）致颅内感染临床治疗的药学监护,探讨临床药师在颅内抗感染治疗中作用。方法：以1例颌面部感染并发颅内感染的患者为例,在脑脊液培养结果提示前将头孢吡肟替换为头孢哌酮-舒巴坦钠后,评估头孢哌酮-舒巴坦钠治疗PRAB致颅内感染的有效性。结果：临床药师参与临床抗感染治疗方案的制订,患者的感染症状明显好转,避免过度使用抗菌药物。结论：临床药师通过参与个体化用药方案的制订,颌面部感染并发颅内感染患者的感染情况得到有效控制。

Pharmaceutical Care for Clinical Medication in A Patient with lntracranial Infection by A cinetobacter Baumannii

Objective： To analyse the pharmaceutical care for clinical therapy in a patient with intracranial infection by acinetobacter baumannii, and to explore ther clinical pharmacists in intracranial antiinfection therapy. Methods： Taking a case of a patient with maxillofacial and intracranial infection for example, clinical pharmacist suggested replacing cefepime with cefperazone-Sulbactam before obtaining cerebrospinal fluid culture results. Effectiveness of Cefpera- zone-Sulbactam was evaluated. Results： After the clinical pharmacist adjusted anti-infection therapeutic regimen, patient＇s symptom was improved. In addition the excessive use of antibiotics was avoided in this case. Conclusion： Maxillofacial and intracranial infection was effectively controlled after setting up individual therapy by clinical pharmacist.
