光伏产业和多晶硅技术现状与发展

摘    要:人们对能源短缺和环境问题的关注促使光伏产业在近年来取得了迅速发展,作为光伏产业的基础材料——多晶硅的制备技术及其发展因此而备受瞩目。中国已成为光伏产品的重要生产大国和出口大国。本文回顾了国内外光伏产业和多晶硅生产技术的现状和最新进展。指出化学法是目前国际多晶硅生产的主流工艺,但冶金法将成为集质量、成本和环境效益为一体的更具发展潜力的工艺技术,其发展重点是低成本高效率的提纯方法的进步。

Abstract:Photovoltaic(PV)industry has grown fast in recent years,enhanced by the public awareness for the energy shortage and environmental problems.As the basic material for PV industry,the technology and development of polycrystalline silicon has been paid much attention.China has become an important country in PV product's production and export.The situation and progress of PV industry and the production technology of polycrystalline silicon at home and abroad were reviewed.It indicates that the chemical method is the mainstream of the polysilicon production process,but the metallurgical method which integrates with quality,cost and environmental benefits will be more potential,and it focuses on the progress in purification process of low cost and high efficiency.
