肝纤维化无创诊断的研究进展

目的：探讨各种血清指标与肝穿组织病理诊断纤维化程度的关系，分析与肝纤维化分期最为密切的血清学指标以及FibroScan与肝纤维化分期之间的相关性，为肝硬化诊断开辟新思路。方法本研究将对病毒性肝炎慢性乙型所导致的肝纤维化及肝硬化患者的各种血清学指标进行检测，并同时进行FibroScan检查。结果肝纤维化是慢性肝病进展的必经过程，慢性肝炎阶段如不积极治疗病情进展出现肝炎，一部分患者甚至进展为原发性肝癌，严重影响生活质量，危及生命。结论对慢性肝病肝纤维化程度的评估，是对病情预后以及早期治疗和随访尤为重要的。积极寻求无痛、准确率高的诊断方法越来越受到人们关注。

Research in the progress of non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis

Conclusion Assessment of hepatic fibrosis in chronic liver disease, is particularly important for prognosis and early treatment and follow-up. Actively seek painless, accuracy rate and high diagnosis method and more attention.
