| 摘 要： | 目的观察四味痔血汤治疗内痔出血的疗效。方法将113例内痔出血患者随机分为2组;治疗组57例口服四味痔血汤,对照组56例口服外十方,疗程均为7天。观察两组临床疗效和便血、痔核充血等情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.23%,对照组为92.85%,组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后两组便血、痔核充血等症状积分明显降低（P〈0.01）,但组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论四味痔血汤治疗内痔出血疗效确切。
