內消旋酒石酸的合成研究

摘    要:L(+)-酒石酸在强碱条件下加热,分子发生内部构型的转变生成内消旋酒石酸。本文研究了反应时间、温度及pH值对L(+)-酒石酸转化生成内消旋酒石酸的影响,发现反应的最佳时间2 h,反应温度为118℃,pH值为5左右为转化反应的最佳条件。

Abstract:L(+)-tartaric acid under the conditions of heating in alkali was changed the meso tartaric acid because of the conversion of the molecular internal configuration.The reaction time,temperature and pH value of the reaction were researched.It showed that the appropriate conditions of the reaction were 2 h,118 ℃,and pH was 5.
