摘    要:传统的BBS随机数生成器是逐个比特的生成器,因此速度比较慢。在本文,我们对传统的BBS生成器进行了改进,得到每次生成多位比特的高速BBS生成器。基于我们的生成器,我们构造了一个高速的概率加密系统。

Abstract:Traditional BBS pseudorandom generator is a generator in which a bit can be generated for every time,hence its efficiency is low.In this paper, we improve traditional BBS pseudorandom generator and obtain a more efficient BBS pseudorandom generator in which lots of bits can be generated for every time.Based on our BBS pseudorandom generator,we construct a probabilistic encryption system with higher efficiency.
