摘    要:冷轧废水是一种处理难度大的综合性废水,通过利用轧钢盐酸酸洗废液以直接氧化法制备的聚合氯化铁对某冷轧厂废水进行处理试验.研究结果表明,使用酸洗废液制备的聚合氯化铁对冷轧综合废水具有良好的混凝作用,能去除COD和SS,改善泥污的脱水性能;处理500 mL该废水的工艺条件为:聚合氯化铁的用量为1.5~2.0 mL,助凝剂PAM的用量为0.2~0.25 mL,pH值控制在7~8,沉降时间30 min.在现场成功实施且具有推广价值.

Study on treatment of wastewater from cold mill by poly ferric chloride

Abstract:The wastewater from cold mill contains various pollutants so that it is regarded as a complex wastewater difficult to treat.Poly ferric chloride was prepared by oxidation of cold rolling acid waste at room temperature and applied in treating the wastewater from cold mill.The results showed that the coagulation effect was good resulting in removal of COD and suspended solid,and the sludge dewatering performance was improved.To treat 500 mL wastewater,the process conditions is: 1.5~2.0 mL poly ferric chloride,0.12~0.25 mL PAM,pH between 7~8 and 30 min precipitation time.The method was put into practice and is worthy of popularization to cut down pollution.
