2A12铝合金表面聚苯胺/阳极氧化膜复合层电化学性能研究

摘    要:采用电化学共沉积技术在2Al2铝合金表面制备聚苯胺/阳极氧化膜复合层。利用傅立叶红外光谱技术(FTIR)对制备的膜层进行分析;利用极化曲线,交流阻抗技术对制备的膜层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学行为进行研究。FTIR分析结果表明,制备的膜层有聚苯胺生成。Tafel曲线研究表明,制备的膜层可以明显提高2Al2铝合金的自腐蚀电位,显著减小自腐蚀电流。交流阻抗研究表明,聚苯胺主要沉积在阳极氧化膜层多孔层的微孔内,聚苯胺对复合膜层的阻挡层有很好的修复作用,通过聚苯胺的修复可以明显减少复合膜层阻挡层缺陷,增加阻挡层电阻。

Abstract:Polyaniline-anodized composite coating was prepared on 2A12 aluminium alloy surface by electrochemical codeposition method.The prepared composite coating was analyzed and characterized by fourier-transform-infrared(FT-IR) spectra.The electrochemical behavior of prepared composite coating in 3.5% Nacl were investigated by polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopic measurements.FTIR spectra analyzed results indicate that polyaniline exists in the prepared composite coating.Tafel polarization curve resu...
