摘    要:根据回转窑的载荷特性,建立了回转窑托轮垂直承载力的计算模型,提出了在调整托轮轴线与筒体中心线相对位置过程中载荷影响系数的概念,揭示了各挡位托轮调整中载荷相互影响的规律,为托轮调整提供了理论上的依据,是预防托轮轴瓦发热、筒体开裂等故障的有效措施。对大型回转窑托轮轴瓦设计、使用和维护具有理论意义和实用价值。

Abstract:Based on load characteristic of large rotary kiln, the calculation model of vertical supporting force for supporting roller of rotary kiln is established and calculated. The concept of load effect coefficient is put forward for the first time, which reveals the load interaction law of each supporting position in the location change of supporting roller and offers more scientific theory basis for the adjustment of support roller. It is also an effective measure to prevent the journal bearing of supporting roller overheat, shell cracks and refractory brick damage of inside lining of kiln shell etc. It possesses theoretical significance and practical value in the design,application and maintenance of large rotary kiln's journal bearing.
