中国人群脑卒中发病影响因素Meta分析

目的 综合分析中国人群脑卒中发病的影响因素。方法 对2005年1月 - 2014年7月国内外公开发表的关于中国人群脑卒中发病影响因素的文献进行Meta 分析。 结果 共纳入69篇文献，累计病例组患者24 775例，对照组人群31 197人；定性因素中，高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、心脏病、吸烟、饮酒、超重、高血压家族史的比值比（OR值）均＞1，体育锻炼的OR值 ＜1，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；定量因素中，体重指数（BMI）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、尿酸（UA）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）的平均差（MDI）均＞1，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）的MDI ＜0，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。敏感性分析:除体育锻炼和高血压家族史外，其他各因素的结果均稳定；Egger's 检验:纳入的文献不存在发表偏倚。结论 高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、心脏病、吸烟、饮酒、超重、高血压家族史和体育锻炼是中国人群脑卒中发病影响因素。

Influencing Factors of Stroke in China: a Meta-analysis

Objective The aim of this study was to explore stroke related influencing factors. Methods Papers of studies on influence factors of stroke among Chinese population published in Chinese or English from January 2005 to July 2014 were searched to perform meta-analysis. Results A total of 69 papers were included in this meta-analysis. The results of meta-analysis were: hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, heart disease, smoking, drinking, overweight, family history of hypertension, physical exercise, BMI, SBP, DBP, FBG, HbA1c, UA, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C were the influencing factors of incident stroke (P＜0.05). From the results of sensitivity analysis, except for the family history of hypertension and physical exercise, other factors were stable. Egger's test shown that, there was no publication bias in all evaluated factors. Conclusion Hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, heart disease, smoking, drinking, overweight, family history of hypertension and physical exercise were the influencing factors of incident stroke.
