一线护士总体幸福感与自我和谐的调查分析

目的调查优质护理服务改革中临床一线护士总体幸福感与自我和谐的现状,进一步探讨其特点以及两者之间的关系。方法采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)对某医院100名临床一线护士进行问卷调查。结果 (1)不同工作年限、学历及职称临床一线护士总体幸福感和自我和谐得分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)自我和谐总分及自我与经验的不和谐、自我刻板性与总体幸福感体验均存在显著负相关;自我与经验的不和谐、自我和谐总分对总体幸福感有显著的回归效应。结论临床一线护士总体幸福感与自我和谐程度呈正相关,不同年龄、工作年限、学历及职称护士无显著性差异,临床一线护士的总体幸福感及自我和谐程度的整体情况分析,表明临床一线护士的心理健康状况存在一定问题。

Investigation and Analysis on Self-consistency and Congruence and General well-being of Clinical Nurses

Objective To explore Relationship between self-consistency and congruence and general well-being of clinical nurses who engaged in high quality nursing service. Methods General well-being schedule （GWB） and self-consistency and congruence scale （SCCS） were used to investigate 100 inpatient department nurses in a general hospital. Results （1） Be- tween GWB and SCCS , there were not significant differences in work experience, different education, and different profes sional ranks and titles; （2） The scores of GWB were strongly correlated with self-experience inconsistency and self consis tency and congruence. General well being had noticeable regressive effect on self-experience inconsistency and selgstiffness and self-consistency and congruence.Conclusion There was a positive correlation between general well-being and self con-sistency and congruence in clinical nurse. The results showed that there wre psychological problems in clinical nurses.
