| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胺碘酮静脉及口服联合治疗重症室性心律失常的疗效及转归。方法将重症室性心律失常患者50例随机分为胺碘酮组和利多卡因组各25例。胺碘酮组予胺碘酮静脉及口服治疗,利多卡因组予利多卡因治疗。治疗后比较2组疗效及预后。结果胺碘酮组有效率为76.0%高于利多卡因组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胺碘酮组病死率为4.0%明显低于利多卡因组的12.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胺碘酮治疗重症室性心律失常的疗效优于利多卡因,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the efficacy of the amiodarone vein and oral amiodarone in severe ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 50 cases patients with severe ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into amiodarone group and lidocaine group,each of 25 cases.Amiodarone group received intravenous and oral amiodarone,lidocaine group were given lidocaine lidocaine treatment.After treatment,compared the efficacy and prognosis of two groups.Results The effective rate of amiodarone group（76.0%） was higher than that of lidocaine group（60.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The mortality of amiodarone group（4.0%） was significantly lower than that of lidocaine group（12.0%）（P0.01）.Conclusion The effect of amiodarone in severe ventricular arrhythmia is better than lidocaine. |
