摘    要:研究硫酸钡浊度法测定硫代壳聚糖树脂含硫量的方法。用w(H2O2)=30%溶液和2.5 mol/L NaOH溶液预处理样品,再用王水消解,样品中硫几乎完全转化为硫酸根。以5%乳化剂OP为稳定剂,0.48 mol/L BaCl2溶液为沉淀剂,在420 nm波长处用浊度法测定含硫量。SO42-浓度在8~190μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,检测限为0.6μg/mL,用于硫代壳聚糖树脂含硫量的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:The determination of sulfur in thiolated chitosan resins with barium sulfate nephelometery was developed. The sample was pretreated with 30% H2O2 and 2.5 mol/L NaOH, and then digested with aqua regia to make full oxidation of sulfur in thiolated chitosan resins to sulfate. In the presence of 5% emulsifier OP, sulfate was precipitated with 0.48 mol/L BaCl2; the absorbance was measured at the wavelength of 420 nm. The linear range and detection limit for sulfate was 8-190 μg/mL and 0.6 μg/mL, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of sulfur in thiolated chitosan resins with satisfactory results.
