摘    要:目前自来水变频调速供水系统多为恒压供水,用于调节供水管网压力的PID调节器设定值在供水期间始终保持不变.针对这种情况,采用一种随着用水量变化而自动改变供水压力设定值的控制方法,并以三台供水泵为例给出了相应的电气主电路及其控制电路原理图,结合具体型号的变频器和软起动器,给出了控制端接线图,说明了供水压力设定值的调节方法.实践证明,采用这种控制方法的供水系统渗漏减少,可靠性更高,更节能,效果理想.

Abstract:Most of the water supply system used currently is the frequency-controlled water supply system, dring which the PID controller settings for adjusting the pressure of the water supply network remain unchanged. In view of this situation, the control method of auto- matically changing the water supply pressure setting with the changes of water consumption was adopted, and an example is given for the electrical main circuit and control circuit diagram used by three corresponding pumps, combined with the specific type of inverters and soft starters. The control terminal wiring diagram was given and the method of adjusting the water pressure set point was explained. Practice has proved that there is less leakage, higher reliability, more energy saved, and better results in the water suply systems by using this control method.
